Sales take place on the first Saturday of each calendar month commencing at 10:00am and may be viewed on the Friday prior 12 noon to 4:00pm or earlier in the week by appointment. For Antique and Collectors sales, catalogues are available in advance and will be posted on our Website. The catalogue sales will include pre-sale estimates of the lots expected to realise over £100.  We will be pleased to e-mail digital photographs on request. Sales are advertised locally and in the Antique Trade Gazette.

Bidding Information
 

There are three ways which bidding may be carried out:

1. You can attend the sale. You will be given a 'buyers number' which is yours for the duration of the sale and which you should hold up to indicate you wish to bid.

2. You may arrange to bid by telephone.

3. If you are unable to attend the sale, you may wish to leave a commission bid with the auctioneers prior to the sale (confirmed by fax or email). A member of staff will arrange to bid on your behalf and endeavour to obtain the lot at the lowest possible price. The member of staff will not bid above the maximum price you have stated.

Postage & Packing Services

We do not provide in-house services under any circumstances.  However, we can offer you 4 alternative services.

Pre-Sale Quotes Upon Request from both service providers.

Late payers and late carrier instructions will have to wait until the next collection date.
Remember you only have a 21-day period from the DATE of SALE to complain about a lot, NOT the date of receipt.

YOUR OWN CHOICE OF SHIPPER OR COURIER
 
NB. Your shipper or courier is most welcome providing that they will undertake and be responsible for all packaging and filling in any Waybill or Forms.  Please note that UPS will not be accepted.
